  EVERYTHING ABOUT INSURANCE
 
      One of the different types of medical insurance we work with is Reimbursement Claim or Pay and Claim. This type of insurance allows patients to pay for their medical treatment upfront, and then claim the cost back from their insurance provider. This is an ideal option for patients who have insurance coverage but prefer to pay for their treatment themselves or if you only have few days left for travelling.
 
      Another option we offer is Cashless Claim or Direct Billing with insurance companies. In this case, patients simply need to provide us with their insurance information, and we will take care of the rest, direct billing their insurance company for the cost of the treatment.
Some of the insurance companies who we do not have agreement with, or we have not work with before, will not allow us to do Direct Billing. 
Otherwise, you will need to do the pay first and claim with them later. If this is the case, we will provide you the documents like medical report and invoice then submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement.
 
Please note: 
You must contact your insurance directly for verification of coverage and bring the following documents:   Passport, Insurance Policy, Airfare ticket / Itinerary, Claim forms (if any)
